Prior to joining Principle Recruiting, Bansri served as a Producing Director and Executive Legal Recruiter at LHH, where she was consistently a top performer. Before transitioning into recruiting, she practiced law with a focus on Business Immigration, where she also managed a team of paralegals and legal assistants. Her background gives her a strong understanding of both the technical and human elements of legal careers.

Outside of recruiting, Bansri spends most of her time with her toddler and goldendoodle, often exploring local farmers markets or testing out new, toddler-friendly recipes. She enjoys spending time at her family’s vineyard during harvest season and traveling whenever she can. She’s also a longtime fan of Law & Order: SVU and is known to rewatch The Mindy Project, Friends, and What I Like About You on repeat.
