Jared is a Junior Partner at Principle Recruiting specializing in attorney placements across the Midwest. He partners with AmLaw, boutique, and mid-sized firms to deliver strategic, full-cycle recruiting solutions grounded in deep market knowledge. Known for his high-touch and consultative approach, Jared connects top legal talent with firms seeking long-term alignment and cultural fit.

Jared began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Minnesota Judicial Branch, where he handled both civil and criminal matters and drafted orders on complex litigation cases.
He later transitioned into legal recruiting, working with LHH and Beacon Hill before joining Principle Recruiting. Throughout his recruiting career, Jared has placed associates, partners, and of counsel attorneys across the Midwest, building strong relationships with both firm leadership and candidates.
