Erryonna is a former litigator turned legal recruiter who has placed associates, counsel, and in-house attorneys at AmLaw, regional, and boutique firms. She now focuses on Southeastern law firm placements, partnering with firm leaders and hiring teams to connect top talent with opportunities to thrive.

Erryonna began her legal career at a boutique litigation firm in West Virginia before practicing at regional firms in the Charlotte, NC area, where she continued to focus on litigation. She later transitioned into legal recruiting at a national recruitment firm, concentrating on placements in the Washington, D.C. and Carolinas markets.
Over the course of her recruiting career, Erryonna has placed dozens of associates at a wide variety of firms, ranging from small boutiques to international corporations. She enjoys helping attorneys secure positions at their dream firms while advancing both their career and personal goals.
