Carrie brings a rare perspective to legal recruiting, having lived the career paths she now helps others navigate. She approaches every search as a trusted advisor, drawing on firsthand experience building a legal career, making lateral moves, and evaluating critical hiring decisions. Based in Chicago with a national reach, Carrie works with a wide range of clients from BigLaw firms to elite boutiques. She is known for her thoughtful, listening-first approach, ensuring the right fit for both clients and candidates rather than taking a transactional or sales-driven path.

Carrie spent nearly two decades as a commercial litigator before transitioning into legal recruiting. She began her career at Weil in New York, later returned to Chicago where she practiced at Winston for several years, and ultimately made partner at a midsized firm that has since merged with Fox Rothschild. Most recently, she was recognized as a high performer at LHH Recruitment Solutions, where she focused on placements across the Midwest.
