Tom is a former Big Law associate who transitioned into legal recruiting to assist attorneys in advancing their careers. He approaches his role not merely as a recruiter but as a career consultant, working closely with attorney candidates to identify and target top-tier law firms that align with their career development and advancement goals. Tom also collaborates with law firm partners to recruit talented attorneys who fit the firms' culture and capabilities.

Greenberg Traurig (Boston): Relocated and continued his practice.

A native New Englander, Tom is a fan of all Boston sports teams and St. John’s basketball. He spends his free time with his family, often at hockey rinks and baseball fields across New England, watching his two sons play hockey and baseball.
